Festival Village

The Festival Village at the 13th Festival of Pacific Arts & Culture (FestPAC) was the vibrant heart of the event, bringing together artists, performers, and cultural practitioners from across the Pacific. Designed to showcase the rich diversity of the region, the village featured traditional and contemporary arts, crafts, music, dance, and culinary experiences.

Visitors explored interactive exhibits, witnessed live demonstrations of traditional practices such as weaving and carving, and engaged with indigenous storytellers and knowledge keepers. The village also served as a marketplace for authentic Pacific Island handicrafts, allowing attendees to support local artisans.

With daily performances, cultural exchanges, and hands-on workshops, the Festival Village was a dynamic space that fostered community, learning, and celebration of Pacific heritage. It was a must-visit destination for anyone looking to experience the spirit of FestPAC firsthand.

The festival village hale were built out of lumber harvested from invasive trees on Oʻahu. Post festival, these hale will be distributed to schools, community organizations, and farms across Hawaiʻi.
